Meet Laura & Jessi

Laura (on the left here...no pun intended!) and Jessi (on the right, but only in terms of this picture!) are two very long-time friends who have spent countless hours over the years having deep conversations, about every topic imaginable, almost always over cups of coffee. (Since we've broaden our horizons, our drinks of choice have expanded as well.)

For years, while having these conversations, we would joke and say, \"We should have our own podcast!\", so we finally decided to just do it.

Our discussion topics have always been varied, and we each have our own Perspective - which is what we hope to bring to this show.

While our backgrounds and experiences are very similar, our personalities are fundamentally opposite, and we are in different life seasons in terms of marriage, family, and career. Each of these factors also plays a big role in the perspectives we hold, and how those perspective have, and continue to, evolve.

With the holiday, and work, and generally - LIFE, there's been some lag time between recording and getting this episode posted...but ironically that's because (in part) the ladies are trying to maintain some life balance - exactly what this episode happens to be about!! In this episode they are talking not just about work-life balance, but what balance in life looks like (at least in theory).
